Lessons can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the lesson start time. Cancellations after this window require full payment of the booking. Lessons will proceed as scheduled, even in poor weather conditions.

Refunds for group lessons are available only if the School cancels the course.
Due to the flat-rate service, refund requests will be considered by Management only in exceptional cases, with the option to convert to private lessons.

You can cancel your booked lessons up to 24 hours before the start time. Otherwise, the full amount will be charged. In case of bad weather, the Ski School will assess the conditions.
